We stand behind the value of our programs. However, due to the digital and downloadable nature of our content, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

1. Digital Product Purchases

All sales of digital courses, templates, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable.

2. Mentorship & Coaching Programs

Refunds are not applicable once coaching sessions or program access has been granted. Exceptions may apply for duplicate payments or errors.

3. Change of Mind

Please ensure you review program details before enrolling. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

4. Exceptional Cases

If you believe your case is exceptional, please email support@nitingautam.com within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request.
