From a young age, I found purpose in helping others succeed. Whether it was supporting friends, guiding family, or mentoring colleagues — the joy I felt when someone achieved results because of me was priceless.

Yet, like many of us, I grew up in a humble family of engineers where the only accepted path was “study hard, get a job, play it safe.” But I didn’t fit the mold. School never worked for me — in fact, school failed me. I was thrown out in 11th for not being the “ideal student.”

Still, I pushed on. I did an MBA, cracked the top placement in college, and landed a job at DLF Gurgaon in 2013. But even in the corporate world, I couldn’t suppress my calling — I was mentoring my boss, questioning why he hadn’t started his own business. That curiosity cost me the job… but gave me clarity:

I wasn’t made to sit in an office. I was made to serve a purpose.

What followed was a wild ride — from failed government exams to working at Snapdeal, then launching my digital marketing agency. I helped thousands of business owners build their brands, run ads, and scale their online presence. The results were great — but something was still missing.

I even started an import business from China. It worked for a while, until reality hit again. Like many first-generation entrepreneurs, I made mistakes, took losses, and then — came COVID-19.

I hit rock bottom. Lying on my deathbed, I asked myself the toughest questions:

“What have I really done with my life?”
“Am I happy? Am I fulfilled?”

And I knew…

I was born to coach.

Since that day, I’ve been on a mission.

I founded BornToCoach.in, a platform dedicated to helping coaches, trainers, and experts build profitable, purpose-driven coaching businesses — even if they're starting from scratch.
